Monthly Virtual Calls
• Regularly scheduled video calls to check in and build connection.

ONE Prenatal Visit
• In-person visit or virtual if needed
• Explore birth wishes
• Cover any refreshers needed such as comfort measures, options, etc.
Access to Online Resource Library

Birthing Day Support
• Virtual & phone support during early labor and in-person support at your chosen birthing location once labor fully kicks in.
• Use of support items such as birth combs, essential oils, diffusers, twinkle lights. Birth Sling, and more.
Immediate Postpartum Support
• The enchanting care continues even after your baby arrives! I will stay with you around 2 hours post-birth to assist with first latch, answering questions as they come, and providing advocacy.
ONE 2 hour Postpartum Visit (daytime)
• Birth debrief
• Breastfeeding support
• Help catching up with dishes, baby laundry, or simply watching over baby so you can take a hot shower and catch a nap.
